Marie did the job we needed her to do. We started this process so that my mom could enjoy the rest of her life at 81 years old, and not have to worry about pennies anymore. Sadly, she passed away without ever knowing that Marie brought 20 offers in on her "in need of TLC" property in one week!

I can't comment on much about the sale other than Marie accomplished the goal and sold my mom's house for above market value. I didn't check on her sales efforts, online presence etc, because my focus changed solely to caring for my mom in her final days, and preparing her funeral. If I had to sum it up, Marie took over and allowed me (and my 5 adult siblings) the space to be with our mom and grieve. We trusted her and she came through for us, relieving us of the stress and worry of selling my moms house during a very difficult time.

Luckily our attorney gave us a break so Marie didn't have to. But the fact that she even offered meant so much. We knew that she was truly invested in helping us find and purchase our dream home.

Marie Episale was a very patient agent. We started our search over a year ago before finally deciding to 'pull the trigger'. At no point in time did I feel pressured to sell or move forward with a deal. Her guidance was invaluable. I had recommended her to two other people at the same time. The one person used her and her house sold and the other opted not to and a year later they are now having to deal with a 'short sale'
